Print-bingo.com currently has three sizes of bingo sheets that it can generate.
One card per page - these are square cells, and there is a few inches of white space at the top for your letterhead or instructions. You'll have to run the pages through your printer twice to add your instructions or letterhead through a regular document editor.

Two cards per page - a good medium size.

Four cards per page - our original and most paper-efficient size. This is great for basic numbered cards.

All are designed around North American "letter" sized paper. However, there should be no problems using A4 paper.
